Over the last two years I have been told numerous times I should write a book. It’s been something I have prayed about, something I have been seeking guidance on and something which to be frank, I tried to run away from.

From my experience in leading change and teams the average person does not understand their role in the big picture and I advocate for watching the big stuff and sweating the small stuff because it allows for innovative growth.
