8 May 2010From my experience in leading change and teams the average person does not understand their role in the big picture and I advocate for watching the big stuff and sweating the small stuff because it allows for innovative growth.
Why do I blog what I do? The way I see it is it’s to encourage all of us to think. In short, I hope the messages will, at the very least, serve as food for thought. To inspire you creatively and help develop creative leadership.
